When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Section 4 – WooCommerce
Our store is hosted on WooCommerce which is part of our WordPress site. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through WordPress’s data storage, databases and the general WooCommerce application within WordPress. Your data is on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you have opted in to receive email updates, or have not opted out when asked, some of your details, such as your name and email address (but no payment information) is stored with the email provider MailChimp. If you opt to enter your card details at checkout, this information is handled by Stripe, one of the world’s largest payment processing platforms, who process the payment for us. Your payment details such as your card number are not shared with us, nor are they stored on our website.

If you opt to pay using PayPal then you will be taken away from our website (www.version22.com) temporarily, to confirm your order through PayPal’s own website. Again, this means that payment information such as your card number are not shared with us or saved on our server.

When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
Section 6 – Security
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
Section 7 – Age of Consent
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
